DELIVERY POLICY 

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses that were provided by you on our website. Below are the locations that are available for delivery:

Our delivery locations are categorized into three;

  • Lagos cities – comprises of all sub-cities in Lagos state.
  • Main cities – comprises of all main state cities in Nigeria.
  • Other cities.

The following locations are categorized as Other Cities and as such , have longer delivery timelines: BADAGRY, EPE, IGANDO, IJANIKIN, IYANA IBA, IYANA ISHASHI, AGBANI, AWGU, NSUKKA, OJOKORO, OKOKOMAIKO, SEME, TOPO, SHEDA, KUJE, KWALI, GIDAN MANGORO, IDU, KARMO, KARSHI, GWAGWA, ABAJI, ABUJA-KUJE, ABUJA-KWALI, SANGO OTTA, OTTA TOWN, AGBARA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, ITELE, ALAGBADO, ITELE (Ota), ITELE (Ijebu).

Any delivery outside of these locations are not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of delivery, rather than the date of order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Below are the locations and its time of delivery:

Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

 

4. Delivery Instructions

 There could be a special method you would want us to deliver your order. If so, you can provide the special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

  

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

Our delivery partners are professionals and are trained to handle your order with care nevertheless if there is any damage to the packaging on delivery or the product itself, please contact the delivery carrier or our support team immediately at belcommunicationsintegrated@gmail.com or +2348032036357; +2348109369201 to file your claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
